Bróna is a yoga instructor, holistic health & aromatherapy practitioner.

Kids Yoga & Wellbeing offers calming techniques, visualisation practices, childrens guided meditations,  pose & flow, breath awareness activities, and self-relaxation techniques.

The class is focused around the natural world and the care for our environment, combining movement music & creativity.

Morning meditation - Saturday 14th October - The Sanctuary

Meditation - Anxiety

Join Chris to embrace the morning in an open and reflective way. We will tune into the every day causes of anxiety in our lives, take the time to tune in to where this is held in the body. The in built fight or flight lets us know when we are anxious, however having this on all the time can make us sick. Learn how to change the narrative. You can use your power as a tool to grow strength in your understanding of the causes of anxiety in your life. The more you practice the more resilient and confident you will become about taking back control and ownership of your life, by harnessing the power of your mind.

Yoga - (11.15-12.15) Saturday 14th October - The Sanctuary

Chris Molloy is a mother, yogi, curious human who seeks to live a life of joy.

Her teaching is all about enjoying the practice but embracing alignment based Āsana. So she uses alot of words encouraging you to use your intellect in your practice to embrace your inner teacher. To tune in to how the pose feels in your body. This class will be fun, functional, but most of all, authentic. We will move, flow, dance, be together and find joy in the practice of yoga.


Pam Butler - Yoga & Meditation

Moving from a Bangkok penthouse to a rural Irish cottage while pregnant with a third child was a radical transition.

The stabilising influence of a personal yoga practice provided some internal tranquility.

Deciding to pursue this practice more deeply, Pam earned her yoga teaching qualification and initiated a training business in her rural community where she has introduced yoga to over 1,000 people, from children to over 80s.

Pam continues to train with the Shadow yoga school and shares this style of yoga with her community.

She has also built a rural hospitality business and develops and delivers astraea’s system change courses and retreats. 

Prior to changing course, Pam was a marketing and HR executive for Dow Jones Telerate and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. She holds a BA, a Diploma in Journalism and an MBA.

Somatic Movement restores harmony to our Nervous System.This restorative movement approach invigorates brain-body connections that have faded or been forgotten over time and reduces the impact of aging and stress on the physical, mental and emotional body.

*No previous yoga, movement or meditation experience necessary. Beginners and experienced movers will gain so much from this informative workshop.

Laura is a professional dancer and international movement therapist with 12 years experience working holistically with clients from around the world.

She combines the healing benefits of yoga, meditation, somatic movement, reiki, family constellation work, life path coaching and tarot card reading to create unique workshops, retreats and 1:1 experiences that uplift, renew and empower people to live to their full potential.
