Jenny is a yoga teacher, musician and Irish speaker originally from Kildare who leads Kirtan circles in Dublin and around Ireland, and teaches traditional tantric hatha yoga & meditation.
She is committed to exploring, practicing and living a heart-based, creative life, using the traditional teachings of the Himalayan Masters combined with the deep roots of her Irish and Celtic lineage as guides and frameworks. Her fascination with all things music, sound, language and energy-based has led her to explore the connections between these ancient spiritual practices (particularly mantra) and their relation to the body, heart and mind of today's practitioner, and how rooting ourselves deeply in any practice, lineage or tradition can help to facilitate an even deeper sense of home.

Bhakti means Devotion in Sanskrit, and Kirtan is the practice of singing from the heart in devotion to whatever you perceive as Divine. During the Sounds of Love Kirtan, we are given the opportunity to drop out of our minds and into our hearts to connect with the Unconditional Love that resides within all beings. Oonagh's intention when offering mantra singing throughout the world is to open a space of devotion, experimentation and play where everything is welcome. It's not about sounding "good", but more about the process of residing in love and expressing it from the heart. What a beautiful way to welcome the day and begin the Sunday of Hidden
Oonagh is a Yogini, Dancer, Writer, Lover and Creatrix from West Kerry, Ireland. She loves creating spaces where people feel safe and free to be their authentic selves and believes that the world would be a more vibrant, loving and accepting place if every person felt safe enough to be exactly who they are. She has a passion for cyclical living and trusts that if we all reconnect with the cycles of the Earth, the natural world and our bodies, that our individual and unique wisdom and gifts can shine through. She looks forward to being in our hearts together during the Fierce Awakened Woman Conference.
